Established in 1995, Techart PMC Sdn Bhd (TPMC) is a Bumiputera company providing comprehensive services for the conceptualization, development and maintenance of educational, commercial, industrial and specialized structures. Our company adopts a multi-disciplinary approach and capabilities.

Tech Art was originally formed to manage, as Project Management Consultants (PMC), the development and construction of the 30-storey, RM85 million Medan MARA in 1981.

TPMC, formed by Tech Art in 1995 to focus on project management has now grown from a modest beginning to a professional and technical force of 155 strong.

In line with our awareness in quality, TPMC has obtained quality accreditation (ISO9001 : 2008) for Provision of Project Management Services of building and infrastructures which include construction of new buildings, restoration, renovation and upgrading work from Det Norske Veritas (DNV).
